Inconsistencies/continuity errors and/or goofs/oddities
- The gang could have easily purchased Myrtle as a fan in exchange for their broken toaster.
- Lt. Gen. Hepler wants to use civilians to locate Myrtle, in order to be as inconspicuous as possible. So he chooses a six-foot tall beatnik, a redheaded bombshell considered by many to be one of the most beautiful cartoon characters of all time, and two talking dogs, one of whom is gigantic, while the other one walks upright.
- What makes this all the more odd is that Hepler declares he chose them because, out of everyone who entered the department store, they are the "most normal". Which really makes you wonder: Who is frequenting this department store?
- We never find out whether or not Daphne was able to return her toaster.
