History
Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue!
Season one
He was one of the agents too afraid to tell Dr. Phibes they hadn't found Dr. Albert Shaggleford and his nanotech formula, leaving it to Agent 3.[1]
He whistled when Dr. Phibes asked who put foam in his latté.
He, along with Agents 4 and 12, assured Dr. Phibes his cloudship's laser (which had been drained of its power by some of his more careless agents) was ready for use by the time of an anti-global warming conference, in Mount Zeryodelwietzen, which he wanted to destroy by melting a glacier on top of it for revenge against Dr. Josef Gustav (who was holding it) for calling him mad.[2]
He was on guard duty at the front of Phibes's lair when Scooby-Doo, having transformed into Menace arrived.[3]
Season two
Agents 7 & 8 were used as nano-tech guinea pigs and temporarily transformed into a frog and fly, respectively, with predictable results.
As a temporary side-effect, he still ate flies with a prehensile tongue even in human form. (Agent 8 had also somehow been spared.)[4]
When Uncle Albert's cover had been blown as Dr. Phibes's loyal scientist, Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo had to rescue him. Dr. Phibes ended up escaping setting a timed detonation for his lair, leaving his operatives behind. Scooby used a special super speed Scooby Snack and rescued everyone. The day may have been saved, but that didn't spare them from the police arriving.[5]
