Aggie Wilkins owned a store in a town near the Ozark River, until she was unmasked as the Ghost of Witch McCoy and was arrested.

Physical appearance

She wears a green dress with short puffed sleeves, and an apron.

Personality

At first Aggie seemed to be a friendly and nice to Shaggy and Scooby when she met them, but this was to hide her true colors, as the main villain. She secretly kidnapped the Hatfields family one by one and made it look like they were turned into frogs.

History

Season two

She dressed up as the Ghost of Witch McCoy. Her pet cat was used to trick people into thinking that the witch could turn into a cat. She also used this disguise to try to steal the hidden money of her ex-boyfriend, Zeke Harkins. (The Ozark Witch Switch).

Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed

After being released from prison, she is seen in the Faux Ghost, when she sees Scooby Doo dressed as S.D. McCrawley, she finds him attractive, and invites him to dance with her, until his afro comes off and he is exposed. She is seen later at the end of the film with the other patrons of the Faux Ghost who have forgiven Mystery Inc., as they danced to "Shining Star".
