Alan Rachins is an American actor, writer, and director, known for playing Douglas Brackman in the television series, LA Law, and Larry in Dharma and Greg. He was also the voice of the Clock King in Batman: The Animated Series and Justice League Unlimited (the latter of which stars Phil LaMarr and Maria Canals), as well as Norman Osborn on The Spectacular Spider-Man (starring Josh Keaton, and Lacey Chabert, and James Arnold Taylor).
