History
The Richie Rich/Scooby-Doo Show
He captured Scooby-Doo, Scrappy-Doo, and Shaggy Rogers when they came into his palace to escape from a sandstorm. He played various tricks on them, but when he tried to turn them into monkeys his spell reflected from a mirror and transformed him into a monkey instead. (Scooby's Desert Dilemma)
