Art Nouveau was the owner of an art museum.
Physical appearance[]
Art is an elderly man, with white hair, sideburns, and a goatee. He wore a dark gray jacket over a yellow shirt and a red tie. He also wore dark gray pants and brown shoes.
Personality[]
At first, it seemed that he cared greatly for his lost painting (of the Duke of Earl), but in reality he secretly used the painting for his own needs.

He dressed up as the Ghost of the Duke of Earl to steal the painting of the Duke of Earl to get the insurance.
After the gang arrived to the art museum during a rainstorm and heard the story about the theft. Art shows up soon after he heard about it, he claims he arrived as soon as the gang did but Daphne quickly spots that he was lying. When the gang arrived, they were all wet do to a rainstorm and Arts wasn't.
Art soon had to give in and revealed he hid the stolen painting (along with the monster costume) behind a curtain and explained his plan.
He would've gotten away with the painting and it's insurance money, but what he instead got was a free room and board in jail.
