Baba Yaga was the disguise of Curator Vronsky. He used the disguise to scare people away from his smuggling operation of Fabergé eggs.

Physical appearance

She looked like a short old woman with long gray hair, as well as leathery green and gray skin and glowing yellow eyes. She also had sharp teeth and nails. She was dressed in traditional Russian peasant clothing, consisting of a black dress, a red robe on top of the dress with golden branches sewn into it, and yellow slippers with turned-up toes. She also wore a black strange-looking crown or tiara with a ruby in the middle and horn-like branches on either side.

Personality

Baba Yaga was a demented, terrifying creature who delighted in chasing and tormenting her victims. Her chief delight was said to be devouring her victims. She doesn't like uninvited guests in her house. She would give trespassers one break; chasing them out of her house and warn them not to return or else she would hunt them down and devour them. She also had a very loud and scary laugh (because Vronsky was using a voice modulator inside his mask).

Powers and abilities

She could control her house; commanding it to rise up and attack and capture victims, in reality Vronsky had a remote control in his walking stick which he used to control the house. She could fly by riding a giant mortar, wielding a giant pestle as a clubbing weapon.

Season two

Curator Vronsky unmasked.

The first attack happened when Velma and Marcie Fleach broke into the museum the house was kept in. They fled when a security guard entered. He shined a light at the statue of Baba Yaga, only for it to come to life and attack him. When Baba Yaga's Chicken House was shipped to Crystal Cove, the house suddenly came to life. It used its chicken leg to pick up Assistant Curator Anna Arkadyevna and throw her into the house's interior, where she was imprisoned. The house tried to get away, but a cargo container fell on it, damaging its right leg. The gang found the house in a dark forest, only to catch working with Hot Dog Water for Mr. E. They argued about it, but then the house came to life and bent over, dumping everyone out. The witch shouted from the window, telling them to stay away from her house, and the house tried to get away. In the trap time, Shaggy and Scooby shot crossbow bolts that were tied together, creating a trip wire that caused the house to trip and collapse. As soon as the witch limped out the chimney, she was handcuffed and unmasked. Later, the witch caught the gang near the house again. The house came to life and ran away. Mystery Incorporated revealed that it was Curator Vronsky in disguise as Baba Yaga and discovered he used it to scare people away from the Baba Yaga's house exhibit while he smuggled Fabergé eggs in there.
