Notes/trivia

  • Scrappy-Doo is absent.
  • Mike Kirshenbaum is a lot more faithful in this story compared to his other ones. The gang are more in-character, Velma says her catchphrase, and the culprit says the "I would've gotten away with it line..." line.
  • Velma's glasses are also consisently black, when they're always usually either orange or white.

Miscellaneous

  • Disguises: None.
  • Scooby Snacks bribe: 0.
  • Running gags: Characters slipping on banana peels.
  • "Zoinks" count: 0.
  • "Jeepers" count: 0.

Inconsistencies/continuity errors and/or goofs/oddities

  • Juan says he had problems with giant beetles, but only one was ever seen.
  • Emilio wanted to take over the plantation after he had destroyed it.

Quotes

Emilio Poquito: And I would've gotten away with if if it hadn't been for those darn kids and their dog.
