Big Red is a disguise created by Hester Scarlett to attract tourists to the town of Monsterville when the fishing went bad. Everyone in town knew and approved of this.

It looks like a giant red lobster, but it's in poor repair and everyone in the gang calls it the "lamest, fakest monster" they have ever seen.
