Billy West is an American voice actor, singer and comedian. His voice roles include Doug Funnie on Nickelodeon's Doug, the title characters from Nickelodeon's The Ren and Stimpy Show, Fry on Futurama (also starring John DiMaggio, Phil LaMarr and Lauren Tom), and Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd on Looney Tunes productions, including Space Jam.

West became the second actor to voice Shaggy Rogers after Casey Kasem quit the role in 1995; after only one performance in Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island; he left the role and was in turn succeeded by Scott Innes (who was already voicing Scooby-Doo).
