According to Professor Higginson when he was found frozen to death in a snowman he was hiding in he was covered in chimney soot due to him hiding Gold in a chimney.

Personality[]

He is violent and dangerous since he's obviously a mugger since he stole the gold and before that was shown to be holding a club.

History[]

Early life[]

On Christmas Eve of 1823, he robbed Seamus Fagen of his gold bricks and hid them in the chimney of the house that eventually became Tommy Atkinson's house. He hid in a snowman to evade capture but froze to death. It was said his ghost haunted the snowman he hid in and continued to haunt Winter Hollow. Despite this, his actions ruined Christmas for both Seamus and his family.

Season one[]

Years later, Seamus' great-grandson, Professor William Fagen Higginson, used the legend of Blackjack Brody as a cover to search for his family's gold. The gold bricks were later found after the professor was caught.
