Bob Miller is the owner of a champion show dog.
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
After a string of local dognappings occured, the gang questioned one of the victims, Buck Masters (who wasn't going to pay the ransom on his dog). He told them that he got Bob to only take his dog out at night on Beach Boulevard, near the police station. Fred Jones devised a plan to track down the dognapper's hideout and find all the locked up dogs. As Scooby-Doo was a Great Dane like Bob's, he was the perfect decoy (with Shaggy Rogers taking Bob's place) to lure out the dognapper. It worked and Scooby was dognapped, but he had a tiny transmitter hidden in his dog collar which was connected to a special monitor's radar antenna on top of the Mystery Machine.
The mastermind behind the dognappings was actually Masters himself, who wanted the prize-winning dogs out the way so his could win.
- Just like it's unknown if Scooby's fancy new collar was burrowed or made to look expensive, it's also unknown if Shaggy's trenchcoat and hat is burrowed from Bob Miller, too? If it is from Miller than it's rather careless of Shaggy when he seemingly discards it before driving the scooter.
- Buck Masters and Bob Miller have the same initials.
