Bogel is one of the two ghosts who wanted to trick a mortal into opening the Chest of Demons.
Personality
He is a bit funnier than Weerd because he causes most of the problems of the twosome.
History
The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo
The two ghosts tricked Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo into opening the Chest of Demons. Subsequently they served as incompetent henchmen to which ever monster was released. (almost every episode)
