Captain Treesdale is a military officer at Space Center. He fought the Space Ape and was injured (and dosed with an allergy powder that gave him an instant rash).

What's New, Scooby-Doo?
Season one
Treesdale showed Mystery Inc. the spaceship. Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo were at the kitchen and while Shaggy was getting another slice of tomato, the Space Ape appeared. The alien tried to swipe Shaggy, but Captain Treesdale jumped on the alien, but it scratched and pushed him. Scooby tricked the alien and locked "him" in the closet. Clyde appeared and noticed that Treesdale had some sort of bumps on his hand and it was probably an "alien rash". After the alien turned out to be Janet Lawrence, it was revealed that the powder was an allergy rash and Treesdale glared at Janet. (Space Ape at the Cape)
