Carl Fallberg was an American writer and cartoonist. He contributed to the story of the Disney film, Bambi, and was a story director for Hanna-Barbera.

In the 1950s and 1960s, Fallberg scripted comic books featuring Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, for Dell and later Gold Key publishing companies. Fallberg's Mouse stories, which were published primarily in the magazines Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney's Comics and Stories, frequently involved Mickey as an amateur detective who came into conflict with criminals who were disguised as ghosts.

Fallberg died in 1996, at the age of 80.
