Season two
The vegetable-like man hired Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo (working as the Three S Gardening Services) to take care of the plants, but he really meant for them to become plant-food.
One of them tasted Scooby and tried to eat him, only for him to notice and run away. Soon enough, the Gardener send his entire garden of plants after them.
