Caroline Moore was the diving expert onboard a cruise ship.
Physical appearance[]

Caroline is a young woman with an athletic build. She wears pink lipstick and has her long brown hair tied into a ponytail. She was first seen wearing a high-tech sea repairing suit, consisting of a blue wet suit, along with an orange air tank on her back, a blue diving helmet shaped like an astronaut's helmet with a dark visor almost obscuring her face from other people, light blue scuba socks, and special claw-like metal gloves made for underwater scavenging. All of this gave her the appearance of an alien which scared both Scooby and Shaggy when they first met her onboard the cruise ship. After their meeting, Caroline dropped her helmet, tank and gloves, and was only seen in her wet suit and socks before her reveal as the culprit.

Caroline seemed to be innocent enough when she claimed that everyone was gone while she was doing routine hull repairs and even offered to help Shaggy and Scooby in getting to the bottom of the mystery. All of that was merely a diversion to hide her greedy and selfish personality, who seemed to have no qualms in locking all the other passengers in the cargo hold for the sake of finding the lost treasure.

Horror of the High Seas[]
After the Ghost pirate and one of his henchman left the abandoned cruise ship in a mini-sub, Caroline arose, wearing her High Tech Diving Suit , which scared Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo.[1] She took off her helmet, and explained to them she was making routine repairs to the hull, and only just noticed everyone had disappeared. They told her it was because of the ghost pirate , who had taken a mini-sub. Caroline removes her claws and tank. She then talked them into taking a mini sub to chase after the culprits. They later reach Neptune's nest and she splits up with Shaggy and Scooby.

Shaggy and Scooby finally managed to capture the ghost pirate, revealing that it was Caroline in disguise. She stole some of the diving equipment and dressed up like the ghost pirate to scare off the passengers (actually locking them in the cargo hold), in her scam to get Whitebeard's hidden treasure. She would have gotten away with it if it weren't for the meddling kid and the stupid mutt. It was too bad the rest of the gang weren't there to see it. Scooby-Doo and Shaggy took a picture with Caroline to remember the moment.[2]Caroline glances angrily at Scooby when Shaggy said ''Everyone say Scooby Doo''.

Notes/trivia[]
- At the end of the first level, the ghost pirate got into the mini-sub, just before Caroline appeared. It would have been impossible for her to switch out of the costume and into her suit and then leave the mini-sub to return to the ship. Tough it must've been one of her henchmen in the ghost costume.
- Whitebeard's resting place must not be that much of a secret if Caroline knew about it. It may just be unheard of to the general public who wouldn't know without doing some actual research.
