Articles[]

  • Who Would Win?: Amongst other Cartoon Network-related head-to-heads, the Mystery Machine is pitted up against the Mir Space Station and given the advantage for having "launched" in 1969 and still being "seen in 145 countries around the world", breaking down "in front of cemeteries and haunted houses" rather than "at the slightest breath of solar wind" and because it contains "Scooby Snacks and quadruple-decker cold-cut sandwiches" instead of "freeze-dried borscht in hermetically sealed packets". The only disadvantage it receives is in a head-to-head between the quotes "Isn't that the same blue planet we orbited a few hours ago?" and "Jinkies! We've been driving in circles the whole time!" This article was written by Jennifer Titus.
  • Cartoon Yearbook: Written by Stuart Hill, Scooby-Doo makes an appearance, amongst many other Cartoon Network series' main characters, with the following below his photo:
    • Nicknames: Scoob, Doo Doo.
    • Clubs, Awards, Activities: Mile-High Sandwich Eaters' Club; Cartoon Network VIP Lounge, Lifetime Member.
    • Most Likely To... run from something.
    • "Row is re rime ror rall rood ren ro rome ro re raid of reir rountry."
  • Cartoonifieds: A parody of a newspaper's "Classifieds" on the final page, the Scooby-Doo franchise makes two appearances.
    • In the For Sale section a posting reads: "Masks! Masks! Masks! Like, a van full of 'em. Perfect for costume parties, practical jokes or scaring away the help while you secretly embezzle from a rich aunt. Cash or best lunch offer. Call Shaggy at Box 33."
    • In the Lost section a photo of Scooby-Doo appears above the posting: "GREAT DANE. Scooby Dooby-Doo, where are you? We've got some work to do now. Scooby Dooby-Doo, where are you? We need some help from you now."
