Cartoon Network Magazine is a one-shot comic published by Cartoon Network and Scholastic in 2002 through bookstores nationwide and Scholastic's book club. It was done to compete with Disney and Nickelodeon, who did their own comics to boost the ratings of their shows.

- Who Would Win?: Amongst other Cartoon Network-related head-to-heads, the Mystery Machine is pitted up against the Mir Space Station and given the advantage for having "launched" in 1969 and still being "seen in 145 countries around the world", breaking down "in front of cemeteries and haunted houses" rather than "at the slightest breath of solar wind" and because it contains "Scooby Snacks and quadruple-decker cold-cut sandwiches" instead of "freeze-dried borscht in hermetically sealed packets". The only disadvantage it receives is in a head-to-head between the quotes "Isn't that the same blue planet we orbited a few hours ago?" and "Jinkies! We've been driving in circles the whole time!" - Cartoon Yearbook: Written by Stuart Hill, Scooby-Doo makes an appearance, amongst many other Cartoon Network series' main characters, with the following below his photo:

- In the Lost section a photo of Scooby-Doo appears above the posting: "GREAT DANE. Scooby Dooby-Doo, where are you? We've got some work to do now. Scooby Dooby-Doo, where are you? We need some help from you now."

- Pickle Party is a special crossover between Scooby-Doo and The Powerpuff Girls.
- While the American edition didn't last long, international versions of Cartoon Network Magazine have experienced lengthier lifespans, including those in Brazil, Jordan, Kuwait and Portugal.[1] In the United Kingdom, the magazine was published by Panini Press in the early 2000s, with a relaunch in 2015.[2][3]
