The Scooby & Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour
She used a device on her wrist to translate her commands from English to cat language. She was defeated when the Fearless Detective Agency prepared a trap with a large quantity of milk and Scrappy-Doo got her translator away from her. (The Incredible Cat Lady Caper)
