Central Park was the site of the fifteenth Poetry Slam, held between Shaggy Rogers and celebrity singer Halsey. However, the promoter for the event disguised himself as a Gator Man Monster, destroyed the event, and stole the key. This led Mystery Inc. to follow the monster into the New York City underground to investigate the crime.
