Charles Wheatlesby is an assistant to Dr. Rick Spartan on his adventures. Spartan gave him the nickname, "Chachinga", because it would sound better when he told the stories of his adventures, to have a native guide instead of "a dude with a spear." Charles seemed annoyed about this, so he was a possible suspect to be the Headless Horror.
