Charlie is a robot designed and built by Mr. Jenkins, to help run his amusement park when he is busy.

History

Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!

Season one

The robot went haywire and left a path of destruction when Jenkins' sister, Sarah messed it up, since she believed robots should not work in a place where children were present. (Foul Play in Funland)

He made a cameo as a neon face in the Faux Ghost.

Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated

When Velma Dinkley acted as a guide for tourists, she brought them to the Crystal Cove Spook Museum, and his was one of the costumes seen. She mimicked its movements while telling them how Mr. Jenkins thought a robot should run his amusement park.

Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights

Charlie appeared in Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights as a common villain under the name 'Funland Robot'. He is confronted late in the game in the labarotory area of Mystic Manor. He is one of the less common villains who requires two hits to be killed as the first hit only stuns him.
