Chen is the owner of Chen's Coffee, an internet cafe and teahouse in Crystal Cove's Chinatown.
Chen is also the Red Wizard, who is sworn to protect the ruby called the Dragon's Heart ruby at all costs. He came to warn the gang to stay away from it.
