When the Mystery Machine hit a street full of popsicles and had an accident, the kids tried to make a phone call at the Happy Humor Ice Cream Factory. When they discovered the Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry Technicolor Phantoms, they decided to stick around and solve the mystery.
