Chupacabra was the diguise of Charlene.

Physical appearance

It resembles a huge gorilla beast with purple fur, green eyes, an upright posture, and sharp fangs. It has large claws on its hands, that it often used to abduct people, for a reason that wasn't revealed. It does not bear resemblance to a real Chupacabra, although that might be because the Americans who made the costume didn't know what it looked like. This wouldn't explain why locals called it El Chupacabra though.

History

Scooby-Doo! and the Monster of Mexico

She used this and the Museum guide disguise to help get the Otero's land for her boyfriend's newest tourist attraction.

Shadow of El Chupacabra

It first appears at the plaza, where it nearly captures Alejos son and his dog, Chiquita, but they are saved by Alejo himself. It later spooks Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo when they were trying to sleep, but it was scared away when more people came.

The gang finally meet it in the forest, where it chases them, and they manage to lose it. It appears last in the graveyard, at the day of the dead, where it was unmasked as the Museum guide, then Charlene.
