Notes/trivia
- The word Chupacabra means "goat sucker".
- It was also seen in a special feature on the Scooby-Doo! And The Loch Ness Monster DVD where Kid Y shows a Chupacabra that looked like a giant bat and was one of his friends. A picture of the Chupacabra from the Monster of Mexico version was in Kid Y's house.
- Instead of using a real life reptilian versions of the Chupacabra, they made its version like Bigfoot.
- During the film, most children say it looks like a gorilla, bear, or alien.
- It's possible that Mr. Smiley briefly dressed up as the monster to fake kidnap his girlfriend Charlene.
