She was having a hard time making money at her lantern store because of the citizens only buying them during New Year's, which led to her deciding to get her hands on the treasure that was hidden underneath the palace temple.
Clara Li unmasked.
Using her crafting skills, she created the intricate Stone Dragon costume in order to scare people away so she could steal it for herself. But her plans were ruined when the gang arrived and foiled them shortly afterwards. She was taken into custody by the authorities after being caught and unmasked.
