The Halloween Harvest Festival is a festival which takes place every year on Halloween at Cobb Corner.
History
Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Scarecrow
The fest was troubeld by Cornfield Clem but the mayor wouldn't cancel the it because it was too important for the town. But after another attack he canceled the fest.
