The Coney Island Devil was the disguise of Andy Towers, Mr. Brinks and an employee of Mr. Brinks. It was also a hologram projected by Barney Towers.
Physical appearance
It had red skin, horns, bat-like wings, and yellow eyes. It carried a pitchfork.
Personality
It was menacing and violent.
Powers and abilities
- Intangibility - at one point it emerged from a giant picture of itself on a "Devil's Playground" ride. That was a hologram.
- Teleportation - it seemed to move instantly from one place to another. This was possible because three men wore the disguise.

They were trying to develop a high-rise near the Boardwalk and they wanted to scare people away.[1]
