History
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
Season two
The Mystery Inc. kids were on their way to a school barn dance. They came across a bank guard who was lying on the road knocked out. As he came around he gave Fred Jones a blank piece of paper and mumbled "The flame will tell the Creeper." As they looked for clues, Scooby-Doo found a letter with the home address of the bank manager which was near where they were, so they go there for help (not knowing the bank manager was actually the Creeper until they unmasked him). After they left, he understood the message the bank guard was trying to tell the gang. He went after them to get the paper which would show he was the Creeper. This angered the bank manager: "blasted meddling kids!". (Jeepers, It's the Creeper)

Other versions
Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed
His costume makes an appearance at the Coolsonian Criminology Museum next to the costume of Chickenstein.
Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase
When Mystery Inc. made it to level 10, the last level of the Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase video game, the Creeper was one of the classic monsters, along with the Jaguaro, Old Iron Face, Gator Ghoul and the Tar Monster. It was defeated when Scooby-Doo reached the box of Scooby Snacks.
Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights
The Creeper appeared as a recurring enemy. Velma Dinkley also saw the Creeper in her glasses which was planted by the Mastermind.
Commercials
A much friendlier version of The Creeper appeared in a commercial promoting a walk to cure cancer.
Another version of him appears in a DirectTV commercial being unmasked as a cableman.
Notes/trivia
- The only words he says are "Creeper" and "Paper"; regarding the paper the bank guard gives the gang in Jeepers, It's the Creeper.
- In Scooby-Doo! And The Goblin King, the Creeper was among the monsters seen in the monster bar.
