Crusty Baker was in charge of a restaurant next door to Blake's Videorama.

Physical appearance[]

Crusty is a middle-aged Caucasian male with a little bit of black hair, and the rest being a toupee, and a black mustache and goatee. He wears a red shirt, green pants, brown shoes and a white apron.

Personality[]

Crusty doesn't seem to be a big fan of children; he claims that the reason why he's losing business is because of noisy children in the next-door arcade. He apparently doesn't seem to know how to prepare food properly, despite owning a restaurant.

Crusty Baker unmasked

Crusty unmasked.

He came into Blake's Videorama, complaining about how noisy the kids in the arcade is what he believes to be ruining his business (even though he never had any to begin with).

When Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo came into his restaurant for food later that night, Crusty offered them uncooked spaghetti, only for them to leave.

He wanted to close down the arcade because he thought it was making too much noise and was driving away his customers, so he dressed up as Bigwig to scare away theirs. The real reason he was losing business was because of the quality of his food. For example, his bread-sticks were made of sticks, not bread.
