Daran Norris is an American screen and voice actor. He is best known for voicing Cosmo, Jorgen Von Strangle, and Mr. Turner in the The Fairly OddParents (which Grey DeLisle and many other voice actors from What's New, Scooby-Doo? have also worked on), as well as voicing Knock Out in Transformers: Prime. His live-action roles have been Gordy in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, and Cliff McCormack in Veronica Mars.
