History
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
Season one
Dr. Najib unmasked.
He had helped with uncovering the mummy, Ankha, from his tomb and bringing his remains to the Department of Archeology in America. He also warned of the curse of Ankha, if anyone had removed him they would be turned to stone. This was where his plan went into action, donning a mummy disguise and capturing the Professor and Scooby-Doo, replacing them with replicas made out of quick-drying cement mix. He even made a replica of himself with the cement mix to make it look like he was also turned into stone to throw himself off of suspicion. His goal was to find Ankha's valuable coin which would unlock a priceless diamond scarab from a hippo statue.[1]
