Dracula was one of four disguises of Big Bob Oakley.

Physical appearance

He has black hair that is bowl shaped. He pointed ears and is always seen with a smile. He wears a cape that is black, but is red underneath. He also wears a gray suit with it. He is ghostly pale and has black scelera with red eyes.

Personality

He seems very secretive, trying to get the gang to leave the castle. He is also sneaky, trying to attack Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, and Scooby by creeping toward them.

Powers and abilities

He can turn into a vampire bat.
