Personality
Dula seemed to have no problem with kidnapping as a sign of affection. She took Shaggy home by force and seemed to have thought of him as a husband, making him do chores like washing dishes. Later she easily forgave Wonga's kidnapping and caging of her, and took him home to be her husband instead of Shaggy, after he apologized to her.
History
The Scooby & Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour
Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo met her through accidental time-travel. She was the subject of romantic interest by cave-man Wonga.
