E*I*E*I*O is the second half of the twelfth episode of The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries; it aired alongside A Scarey Duel With a Cartoon Ghoul.
Premise
The kids head over to the Experimental Institute for Evolutionary Improvement of Organisms, also know as E.I.E.I.O., to help old Mr. MacDonald, the director, discover who is creating monsters with the secret formula that he developed to create large amounts of food.
