Farquard is the evil butler of the Beauregard Mansion.
Physical appearance
Farquad is hunched over in the style of many Igor-esque villains. He has reddish-brown hair and hides his twirling, unfocused eyes behind a pair of sunglasses.
Personality
He made no secret of his evil intent against Shaggy Rogers. Because of this, he is very impatient and sour towards Shaggy, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo.
History
Scooby-Doo meets the Boo Brothers
He wanted Shaggy out so that he could have Beauregard's treasure for himself, which made him a prime suspect, but he was not behind the ghosts in the mansion.
