The Anubis Specter was the disguise of Dan Fluuke.
Physical appearance
He was a brown cloaked figure with a green Anubis mask.
Powers and abilities
He used the fumes from the Terrorwood to cause horrifying hallucinations. While people were under the influence of the fumes, he could turn into a werewolf-like monster.
History
Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated
Season two
He used the disguise in an attempt to scare people away so the library would close. Once closed he could finally leave. Once arrested he appeared to be insanely happy about being able to get out of the cold library.
