Dr. Zola's plans of cryogenically freezing himself in the Antarctic sea (to use his brilliant mind in the future) had been squashed by the gang's innocent meddling, but he had a back-up plan with the Acme Cloning Kit, which his his assistant secretly had ready for the former's seemingly immediate use, once he got back home.[1]
