Synopsis[]

GC/PS2/Xbox Version[]

Mystery Inc. is diving through a bayou. Shaggy asks why are they diving through a bayou again. To which Velma answers by telling him that Greenwood Development has recently bought the entire bayou, Scooby correctly guess it due to monster sightings after everyone who lived there anyway due to sightings of the walking dead. The gang arrives at an abounded mansion with some kind of strange ray gun tower on top of it. Velma guesses somebody wanted to point to a precise location in the sky may be a satellite. Fred asks if this is the right place since it looks abounded Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby add on saying it's creepy. Daphne asks what they should do now and Fred says to split up and look for clues Shaggy and Scooby mumble saying they knew he would say that. But as they all walk off in different directions, it seems a hoard of zombies is stalking them.

They find the water house key on top of some boxes. Scooby and Shaggy smell some gumbo and they quickly spot a pot of gumbo on the baloney and they make it their mission to get it. They use the key to go into the water house but it has no hydraulic power left. They also find a valve in the waterworks. They go down a giant water pipe that closes behind them when they get out. They close the first watergate by pushing the button making the water rise. After the duo change some of the steam pressures in the pipes, by turning the valves, they're able to safely cross and get the snorkel gear. Scooby uses the snorkel gear to get to a button and close the second watergate and some hydraulic power is restored. They fix the boathouse's plumbing fixing the fountain. Scooby uses his snorkel gear to get to a small island to get the fountain key. They fix the pipe outside and attach the missing valve used to help fix it, letting them connect the water to the fountain which increases the water pressure. Scooby and Shaggy unlock a bridge and use it to jump onto the fountain and get to the gumbo.

Shaggy eats the gumbo but Scooby hears Daphne screaming and runs over to her knocking over the gumbo. Shaggy mourns the loss of the gumbo before following Scooby. They see Daphne and Fred being stuffed into trucks by mercenaries led by Jeremy Rhodes. Jeremy tells her it's for her safety before one of the mercenaries spots Scooby and Shaggy hiding in the bushes and they quickly chase after them. Shaggy trips and falls into some mud and Scooby accidentally leaves him behind. Shaggy gets back up and looks for Scooby but accidentally runs into a tree and becomes dazed meanwhile Scooby finds out that Shaggy is missing. Dazed Shaggy stubbles into one of the mercenaries’ camps and they mistake him for a zombie, who they think escaped, so they capture him. A farmer named Billy Bob finds Scooby shivering alone and begins petting him. Billy Bob asks if he's looking for someone and Scooby nods and Billy Bob says they should find them.

Billy Bob tells Scooby to go ahead while he goes somewhere else. Scooby uses his snorkel gear to swim through the samp until he reaches a hunk of land with a cave. Scooby finds and meets up with Billy Bob who now follows him. Billy Bob warns Scooby about the gators before splitting up again. Scooby swims down the bayou. Scooby and Billy Bob find the mercenaries’ base where they keep zombies in a massive cage. Scooby spots Shaggy inside the zombie cage. Billy Bob makes a plan if Scooby creates a diversion for the mercenaries, he’ll unlock Shaggy's cage. Since Scooby is scared, Billy Bob offers him a Scooby Snack which he quickly eats. Billy Bob reminds Scooby what he has to do. Scooby lets the mercenaries chase him for about forty-five seconds while Billy Bob unlocks the cage. Billy Bob opens the cage and frees Shaggy as well as the zombie hoard. All three of them run from the hoard of zombies and the mercenaries who are both chasing after the trio and the zombies. Shaggy thanks them for saving them and Billy Bob introduces himself and tells them he has a getaway vehicle close by. Billy Bob gets on his motorcycle and Shaggy is unsure of its success.

They use Billy Bob's motorcycle to get to Billy Bob's cabin and refuel it as they drive. They arrive at his cabin. Billy Bob explains that he used to live on a farm before the zombies arrived so everyone had to leave. He also declares that it will take more than zombies or those Greenwood suits to make him go. Shaggy is surprised by the mention of Greenwood and Billy Bob elaborates by saying they bought all the land as well as catching the zombies and haling them off in big army trucks. Billy Bob offers the two sandwiches which they gladly accept They hear Velma's voice coming from the door which she properly opens. Velma tells Shaggy and Scooby she's been looking for them everywhere before explaining that zombies are attacking the army trucks and Daphne and Fred are in danger. Shaggy tells Velma that they don't have the zombie page for the Tome of Doom, but suddenly Billy Bob hands it to him. Billy Bob says he found it inside one of the trucks. Velma says they should save the others before the walk-off. The four of them see Daphne and Fred on top of one of the army trucks the zombies are attacking. Overwhelmed by this, Jeremy Rhodes takes a step back and then notices the four of them and asks who they are. Velma introduces themselves as Mystrey Inc. before ordering Shaggy and Scooby to get the zombies out of her sight.

Jeremy walks over to Shaggy, Scooby, Velma, and Billy Bob and thanks them for taking care of the zombies. Daphne and Fred quickly walk over to the group as well and Jeremy says he's gonna take Fred and Daphne to the local authorities for trespassing. Shaggy tells him he can't do that Jeremy responds by making Scooby and Shaggy do 20 pushups. Daphne explains they're investigators and asks why the army is trying to cover up zombies. Jeremy explains that the military isn't involved in this. He introduces himself, and they were just hired by Greenwood Development to clear the area before it was sold to a company called Sherman-Tech. Velma tells him that according to her notes, Greenwood Development is owned by Sherman-Tech. Fred and Daphne figure out that they have been selling the land to themselves. Jeremy asks them if there's foul play involved. Velma confirms to him there is and they have proof. Jeremy then brings them to the map and shows them where they bring the zombies which according to Velma is Sherman-Tech Headquarters. Jeremy asks them to do him a favor and get Greenwood. Billy Bob wishes them luck. Shaggy and Scooby have finished their pushups, only for Jeremy to make them do more.
