He was glad the other Jipners were running out of business, so he would be able to open a second ride. He was the gang's prime suspect to be the Ghost of Zombo. However, after Joey was exposed as the Ghost of Zombo, his name was cleared and the Jipnear welcomed him back. And as the oldest brother, Bart got to take over Jipner's Joyland. To reward the kids, he allowed them to ride Monster Mountain whenever they wanted.
