Baxter is a cadet at the Calloway Military School.
Physical appearance[]
Baxter is a prepubescent male, with messy, red hair and freckles, and the blue and white Calloway Cadet uniform. His sports uniform consists of a yellow, short-sleeved shirt with blue neckline, light blue shorts with matching socks and white sneakers.
Personality[]
He is the most obedient and respected cadet next to Tug Roper. When it came time for the volleyball match, he was impressed by the girls ability rather than annoyed like the others. During Barren Bog's hike he stuck next to the colonel rather than go with his friends to get away from him. This worked to his advantage because he didn't get caught in the quicksand like the rest of his friends. He later helped his friends rescue the Grimwood Girls from Revolta, after Tug made a remark about never understanding girls he added "especially Grimwood girls" to which everyone laughed.
History[]
Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School[]
He was helping to observe the Grimwood girls so Calloway would have an advantage against Grimwood. He was then adding grain sacks on top of Grunt helping the latter to stay in shape. He warned Tug of Colonel Calloway's arrival.
During the volleyball game, he was the only cadet that actually played fair, while the others were using a remote control device inside the ball to cheat to which Grimwood also used their advantages such as wrapping and turning into bats for Tanis and Sibella, respectively. Later he went through the Barren Bog and avoided getting stuck in quicksand like the others who had to be rescued by Elsa and Tanis. He then went on the rescue mission to free the girls from Revolta. He celebrated along with everyone else at the victory party at Grimwood where he does the Egyptian dance with Tanis.
