They discovered there was oil under a small Texas town, so they wanted to buy the land. They pretended they wanted the land to open various businesses, like a clothing store and a tourist shop. Meanwhile, one of their executives dressed up as a vampire to kidnap young women and terrorize the townsfolk so they would sell out cheaply.
