The Coney Island Devil was the disguise of Andy Towers, Mr. Brinks, and an employee of Mr. Brinks. It was also a hologram projected by Barney Towers. They were trying to scare people away from the Coney Island boardwalk, they were trying to develop a high-rise nearby.
Physical appearance[]
It was a red-skinned devil-like humanoid, with horns, bat-like wings, yellow eyes, and sharp teeth. It also carried a pitchfork.
Personality[]
It was menacing and violent.
Powers and abilities[]
- Intangibility: At one point it emerged from a giant picture of itself on a "Devil's Playground" ride. That was a hologram.
- Teleportation: It seemed to move instantly from one place to another. This was possible because three men wore the disguise.
