One night while standing outside Castle Von Dinkenstein, he caught the erratic behaviour of Dr. Basil Von Dinkenstein as he was experimenting on his monster, at the time a bolt of lightning flashed around the castle, which wasn't that far away. He later told this to the owner of a pub he was in; Mary Shelley overheard, giving her the idea to the write the famed Frankenstein. It wasn't long until the book was published, and was on display at a bookstore the custodian worked around. He looked at the book through the window then back at the ominous castle.
