Daphne Blake is a member of Mystery Incorporated, and president of the drama club at Coolsville High School.
Physical appearance[]
Daphne is an attractive girl with red hair. She mostly wears purple dresses with a headband in her hair.
Personality[]
Daphne is very kind to her friends. She has a crush on Fred Jones and sometimes won’t show it to him. Daphne is also willing to do anything to save someone like Scooby. Although Scooby is Shaggy’s dog, she admits that she cares about him and that he is her dog as well.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins[]
Daphne meets Fred, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby on the bus to school, but they don't interact. One day on the bus, Scooby bites the ankle of the bully who constantly trips Shaggy. A fight breaks out on the bus, and as a result of the distraction, the driver crashes the bus into a flagpole, which falls on Vice Principal Grimes' car, smashing its windshield. Because of the fight on the bus and the damage to the car, Daphne, Fred, Velma and Shaggy are sentenced to detention, while Scooby has to wait outside.
While in detention, the lights begin to surge and flash, books begin to fly off the shelves, and computer screens explode. Two ghosts come and scare the kids into the pep rally where a third ghost appears telling everyone to leave. After the trio of ghosts disappeared, Vice Principal Grimes accuses the gang of pulling a prank, and suspends them.
The five then investigate and try to solve this mystery. However, after Shaggy and Scooby are caught in a freezer (locked by the two ghosts), an angry Grimes expels all five of them. Later that night, the five decide to come back to school to solve the mystery, but in disguises to avoid being caught.
The gang comes back later in the school day wearing disguises to spy on the suspects. While on school property, they notice Grimes coming. Not wanting to be caught, Daphne starts kissing Fred on the lips, while Shaggy, Scooby and Velma hide. Luckily, they are not caught.
