Dwayne was an average-looking young man, with brown hair. He previously wore a white restaurant cap with matching apron, a black T-shirt with blue pants and red and white sneakers. When he was unmasked, he wore a royal blue suit with a white shirt, red tie, and black shoes.
Personality[]
He initially appeared to be clumsy and dim-witted, but in reality, he was actually a highly intelligent and deceitful criminal.
History[]
Early life[]
He stole an armored car but was forced to sink it when Chomps the alligator got in his way. To search for and retrieve the car, he took up a job as a waiter nearby.

To keep people away from the swamp, Dwayne disguised himself as the swamp monster. His plan was foiled by Mystery Inc. and he was taken away by the police.
