Franklin Stein works for Norma Deathman as a butler.
Physical appearance[]
Franklin Stein is a male humanoid of very large build, he towers over everyone in whichever room he happens to be in. He wears a dark blue jacket with a white shirt and a light blue bow tie. Usually, for a monster of his type, his bolts are located at the top of his head by his temples, rather than the neck area.
Personality[]
Although big and intimidating at first glance, he was more than happy to show Scooby and Shaggy to the kitchen. While they were undercover in the guise of a catering service, he walked them through the basics of the exotic foods and stay with them in case they needed help.
It was only when he realised he had been lied to that any anger began to show, in the form of him chasing the imposters down.

Early Life[]
Franklin joined Norma Deathman's house staff some point after she retired from the limelight of Hollywood horror movie stardom. His responsibilities included hiring a catering service for Norma's birthday, and also the hiring of a house maid.
The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries[]
After the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency are sent undercover to get photos of Norma Deathman they meet Franklin within the castle going about his butlering duties.
