Reception[]

Jeff Albrecht's inks for "Ghost in the Machine" give Joe Staton's pencils a different spin, but the entire presentation carries the weight of the master's touch. Alex Simmons' story is certainly without flaw. The mystery involves a new type of false ghost, and there are a decent number of suspects on which to hang your bets, but given the way Simmons explains the cryptography in the story, the puzzle should have spelled out something different.[1]
