Harriet Mullins is the former assistant of Cosmo Dinkley. He fired her for stealing rubies in Venezuela.
Physical appearance[]
Harriet is a tall female, with a tanned complexion, short black hair and magenta lips. She wears a light blue shirt, gray shorts, light blue stockings, gray shoes, gold bracelets, a gray and gold hat with black triangles on it and gold earrings.
Personality[]
She is very much a greedy person, considering her determination to locate the treasure and have it all to herself. She also doesn't seem to care much of the danger her actions has placed others into, and her willingness to trap the gang in a snake pit further illustrates her desire to obtain treasure at any cost. She often displays persistence, jealousy, and the ability to issue orders of those around her.

When Cosmo went on an expedition (with the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency) to find the Temple of Sirius, she followed, hoping he would lead her to it, and hoping for "sweet revenge." She had a parrot named Jocko, which often repeated or paraphrased her words.
